I went in today with my 2 girls. I have axneity going to make up place due to my colour and heredity. And also ability to find to appropriate foundation. Not once did I feel profiled but I was able to find with assistance the correct foundation product tester straight away. Sadly not stock at today. The assistant was friendly and made me feel at at easy and welcomed. I look around and all the workers are amazing customer service. Thank you for giving me back some respect for myself knowing there is a shop that looks at me as a person not the colour of of my skin.

People who work here like Anita are the reason why I love shopping at Sephora. She shade matched me to the perfect concealer shade and is very experienced and knowledgeable on the makeup. people like her are so welcoming and make my shopping experience so much better. 5 stars for her exceptional customer experience.

Maddy was amazing and helped me pick the best skincare routine for me. I can’t wait to try it out! She made sure that I had samples of everything so that if my skin reacted to it I can always return the unopened products. Not only that, she also did a skin test on me and helped me for over an hour. She really genuinely wanted to help. I’ve never had better customer service, Thankyou so much!

The one person I will absolutely trust with my skin is Holly. She knows exactly what she is talking about and will give you only the products you need. This kind of service and product knowledge is so rare these days and I have completely transformed my skincare and I am starting to see the most amazing difference thanks to Holly. Truly truly amazing girl and her skills and knowledge are really shown when she helps her customers. Will definitely return to her when I need some more to add to my Sephora collection.

Well stocked. Lovely staff! Not too much ' boys' stuff as I stand there ,nodding and smiling saying things like 'uhuh!' And ' that colour looks great!'. I'll be honest , I don't have a clue. Today there's allegedly over 4.1million different colours a TV and paint and lipstick can be displayed in! Wow! But when I see a rainbow....still looks like 8 to me.....go figure!

Had full glam done today by Hollyv and just want to say "WOW" her skill knowledge is first class. Holly made me feel very comfortable as I don't offen wear make up, I trusted in her experience and so happy I did. Holly has given me the confidence to hit the town, absolutely in love with it.
